 Shipping & Delivery

Orders are processed in the order they are received. Normal processing can take 24-48 hours, and upon verification & approval, your merchandise is shipped out immediately. Bacario.com offers several convenient shipping methods for delivery within the continental United States. Please keep the following in mind when choosing a delivery method: Shipping times represent the time it normally takes your package to arrive from the day we actually send it out, not from the day you submit your order. Additionally, processing & shipping times do not include non-business days (i.e., Saturdays, Sundays, & holidays). Thus, for example, an order for 2nd-day delivery placed on Thursday could take until Tuesday to arrive at its destination, assuming processing is completed within 24 hours and the package ships out on Friday (Friday + 2 business days = Tuesday). It could take longer if the order cannot be processed in time to be shipped out on Friday. The same is true for the other delivery options. Also, while we maintain a huge stock of all our products, it is wise to call for availability if your order is especially urgent.

IMPORTANT: ALTERNATE SHIPPING ADDRESSES

If the address to which your order is being shipped differs from your billing address (the address to which your monthly credit card statement is sent), please use the toll-free number on the front or back of your card to contact your credit card company and create an "Alternate Shipping Address", which is simply a note on your account authorizing purchases that are delivered to a destination other than your billing address. Failure to do so may considerably delay the processing of your order.

 Sales Tax

Only items shipped within New York State will have 8.375% sales tax added to the order total. We do not collect sales tax on orders shipped to other states.

 International Orders

Bacario.com is pleased to accept orders originating abroad as well as US orders shipped internationally. International orders are subject to additional shipping charges, and generally take 7-10 days from date of shipment to arrive, depending on the customs procedures of the destination country. Bacario.com assumes no responsibility with respect to these procedures or any tariffs, duties, or other such restrictions & charges imposed and/or enforced by the destination country.

 Non-US Credit Cards

Bacario.com cannot accept credit card payments if the card was issued outside the United States. Any order using such a card will be rejected (US-issued cards are perfectly acceptable). We do accept Traveler's Checks (mail to: Bacario.com, 5001 Avenue I, Brooklyn, NY 11234) or wire transfers (call: 1 888-933-4900 to arrange such a transfer).

 Satisfaction Guarantee

Bacario.com is committed to your satisfaction; therefore, we have established a 30-day satisfaction guarantee policy. We will gladly accept returns and exchanges on new and unused items for 30-days after the initial shipment date - certain restrictions apply.

 Return Policy

Bacario.com will accept exchanges on items purchased within 30 days for items of equal or greater value. You will receive credit for the total amount of your purchase less the original shipping charges, which will be applied towards your new purchase. There is a limit of one exchange per order. Bacario.com will accept returned merchandise for a refund in the original form of payment for 30 days. Merchandise returned for a refund will be subject to a 5% restocking fee. Shipping charges are not refundable and will be assessed to items which were shipped free.

All merchandise to be returned or exchanged must be in new and unused condition. There are no returns or exchanges on special ordered items. Merchandise cannot be accepted for return or exchange when the item purchased was worn, scratched, or sized. Please make sure the original manufacture’s packaging is intact; all manuals, booklets and warranty cards are included; and the “Not Returnable If Removed” label is still attached.

Returned merchandise must be accompanied by a valid Return Authorization Number on the shipping label or package (never write anything on the manufacturer's box). A Return Authorization Number can be obtained by calling Bacario.com, toll-free, at 888-933-4900.

The customer is responsible for shipping the returned merchandise to our main warehouse at 5001 Avenue I, Brooklyn, NY 11234. The customer is advised to use a traceable courier and insure their package for the full purchase price as Bacario.com cannot be responsible for packages that don’t reach our warehouse. Please allow 7-10 days from the time we receive your package for returns or exchanges to be processed.

Defective merchandise:
Any product which proves to be defective within 10 days of delivery may be returned for replacement with identical model without incurring any additional charges. Bacario.com will cover the cost of shipping the replacement items to the customer. Merchandise that arrives damaged requires special attention. Please contact us immediately, toll-free, at 888-933-4900.
