 Are your products new or refurbished?

All our products are “Brand New Factory-Fresh”. Bacario.com does not sell any refurbished or used products. All our products will come with their original manufacturers packaging and will include manuals and paperwork. Authenticity of our watches is guaranteed for the lifetime of the product.

 Do you accept international orders?

Yes! We accept the following payments for international order or orders originating abroad:

Canada - Visa, Master Card (US or Canadian issued), and American Express.
Puerto Rico - Visa, Master Card, Discover (US issued) and American Express.
Alaska and Hawaii - Same as Continental US.
Elsewhere (international) - We only accept payment with American Express or a *Bank Wire Transfer .

*wire transfers are subject to a $25 processing fee

 Do you carry products other than those listed on-line?

 How do I check status on my order?

 How do I obtain a tracking number?

A tracking number may be obtained after your order has been shipped from our warehouse. Customers whose orders are shipped via UPS will automatically receive an email which includes the tracking number and a link to track their package.

(A tracking number will only be available on the web approximately 12 midnight as it takes time for the tracking number to be uploaded. Our system will only have a tracking number after UPS picks up and the tracking numbers are loaded into our system).

 Do you match competitor's prices?

Bacario.com will match an advertised price before you purchase! If you find the identical item advertised for less and would like to purchase it through Bacario.com to take advantage of our free shipping policy, we will match our competitor's price and ship you your item for free! Price match requests are done over the phone and must be requested prior to ordering. Price matches are done at the sole discretion of Bacario.com.

 How can I cancel an order?

If your order has not yet been shipped out, you can simply call us and ask for the cancellation department and within minutes your order will be cancelled.

 How long will it take for my order to ship?

Orders are processed in the order they are received. Normal processing can take 24-48 hours, and upon verification & approval, your merchandise is shipped out immediately. Bacario.com offers several convenient shipping methods for delivery within the continental United States. Please keep the following in mind when choosing a delivery method: Shipping times represent the time it normally takes your package to arrive from the day we actually send it out, not from the day you submit your order. Additionally, processing & shipping times do not include non-business days (i.e., Saturdays, Sundays, & holidays). Thus, for example, an order for 2nd-day delivery placed on Thursday could take until Tuesday to arrive at its destination, assuming processing is completed within 24 hours and the package ships out on Friday (Friday + 2 business days = Tuesday). It could take longer if the order cannot be processed in time to be shipped out on Friday. The same is true for the other delivery options. Also, while we maintain a huge stock of all our products, it is wise to call for availability if your order is especially urgent.

 Can you ship to a different address than my billing?

Some customers prefer to ship their item to a different address other than their billing address because they want to keep the shipment a surprise, or they are not at home in the day time and prefer to receive it at their work place.

If the address to which your order is being shipped differs from your billing address (the address to which your monthly credit card statement is sent), please use the toll-free number on the front or back of your card to contact your credit card company and create an "Alternate Shipping Address", which is simply asking them to put a note on your account authorizing purchases that are delivered to a destination other than your billing address. Failure to do so may considerably delay the processing of your order.

 Are there additional charges for international orders?

Bacario.com is pleased to accept orders originating abroad as well as US orders shipped internationally. International orders are subject to additional shipping charges, and generally take 7-10 days from date of shipment to arrive, depending on the customs procedures of the destination country. Bacario.com assumes no responsibility with respect to these procedures or any other such restrictions & charges imposed and/or enforced by the destination country. All tariffs and/or duties are the sole responsibility of the customer.

All our watches are warranted. Depending on the brand that you chose, the warranty will either be through the manufacture of through Bacario.com. In the event that Bacario.com is an authorized dealer for the watch brand you chose, the original manufacturer’s warranty will be in effect and service will be provided by the manufacturer. In the event that Bacario.com is not an authorized reseller for the watch brand you choose, your warranty will be provided by Bacario.com. In order to provide our customers with a complete solution to their watch buying experience, Bacario.com provides a warranty that is at least comparable if not better than the original manufacturer’s warranty.

 How do I service my watch after the warranty expired?

You have two options:
You may send the watch into Bacario.com’s service center or you may send it to the manufacturers’ repair center. Each watch manufacturer has several authorized repair centers throughout the country. You will need to contact the manufacturer directly to inquire about their repair procedures and the locations of their authorized repair centers.

 How do I size the bracelet on my watch?

Proper bracelet sizing requires special expertise and experience. It also requires the presence of the watch owner to insure a proper fit. If you are not familiar with bracelet sizing procedures, the pins could become damaged and that may lead to failure of the pin. We highly recommend you seek the assistance of an experienced technician and you should consult your local jeweler or watch maker.

Generally, the battery in a quartz watch may need to be replaced approximately every two years.

We accept all major credit cards.
Bacario.com cannot accept credit card payments if the card was issued outside the United States, we do accept Traveler's Checks or personal checks (mail to: Bacario.com, 5001 Avenue I, Brooklyn, NY 11234.
Please note that orders paid via check will be held for a 2 week period to ensure clearance of funds,) or *wire transfers (call: 1 888-933-4900 to arrange such a transfer). Any order using an international Credit Card will be rejected (US-issued credit cards are perfectly acceptable).

 When do you charge my Credit Card?

We only charge your credit card when your order is being shipped. If you cancelled your order prior to shipment, rest assured your Credit Card information will be voided and your card will not be charged.
Please note that we do authorize your credit card at the time you place your order but this authorization will not result in an actual charge until your order has been shipped.

 How do I return my watch?

We are glad to accept returns on our merchandise. Returns are quick and simple and may take as little as 3-5 minutes over the phone with one of our courteous customer service representatives.

Refund:
All merchandise to be returned or exchanged must be in new and unused condition. There are no returns or exchanges on special ordered items. Merchandise cannot be accepted for return or exchange when the item purchased was worn, scratched, or sized. Please make sure the original manufacture’s packaging is intact; all manuals, booklets and warranty cards are included; and the “Not Returnable If Removed” label is still attached.
Returned merchandise must be accompanied by a valid Return Authorization Number on the shipping label or package (never write anything on the manufacturer's box). A Return Authorization Number can be obtained by calling Bacario.com, toll-free, at 888-933-4900.
Bacario.com will accept returned merchandise for a refund in the original form of payment for 30 days from the date of purchase. Merchandise returned for a refund will be subject to a 5% restocking fee. Shipping charges are not refundable and will be assessed on items which originally were shipped for free.

Exchange:
Bacario.com will be happy to accept exchanges on items purchased within 30 days from the date of purchase. You may exchange your item for items of equal or greater value. You will receive credit for the total amount of your purchase less the original shipping charges, which will be applied towards your new purchase. If you are exchanging for an item that is less in value, then a restocking fee of 5% will be assessed to the difference in value being credited to you. There is a limit of one exchange per order.

The customer is responsible for shipping the returned merchandise to our main warehouse at 5001 Avenue I, Brooklyn, NY 11234. The customer is advised to use a traceable courier and insure their package for the full purchase price as Bacario.com cannot be responsible for packages that don’t reach our warehouse. Please allow 7-10 days from the time we receive your package for returns or exchanges to be processed.

 How do I exchange a defective item?

Rarely there might be an instance where the watch is received damaged or defective. Should this occur, please contact us as soon as possible and we will rectify it immediately. All defective and guarantee claims must be submitted within 10 days of receipt of merchandise and must be returned to Bacario.com within 14 days of receipt of merchandise.
